Collins Forman Jr. has been involved in many areas of the law since being sworn into the Bar. He has handled government work for the Port Everglades Authority and its successor, Broward County. He has done collections and civil rights work. However, Mr. Forman’s practice has been largely in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, financing, and developing as well as real property litigation including eminent domain, landlord tenant and mechanic’s lien/construction law.
Mr. Forman endeavors to render personal attention to his clients and their causes.
