Greg Edwards is a partner of Lawless, Edwards & Warren – Wealth Management. With over 30 years of experience, Greg works collaboratively with his clients, engaging them in insightful dialogue and educating them in making important life decisions, setting financial goals and planning for the future. By embracing a model of integrated wealth management, he navigates his clients through the complexities and interrelated areas of personal and corporate finance including investment management, wealth accumulation, cash flow generation, insurance, and business and estate planning to create a truly comprehensive financial plan.

Greg takes great pride in serving as his clients’ personal C.F.O., building strong relationships as he helps them realize their current and future financial goals. His commitment to positioning client’s needs and objectives as his primary focus has earned him numerous industry awards for his professional council and continuing service to clients from multiple organizations over his career.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He has continued his professional studies and through post graduate work, attained his status as a Certified Financial PlannerTM through the College for Financial Planning® and earned titles of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) through the American College. He is active in the industry as well, serving as a Board Member of the Financial Planning Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. Greg is also a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

 

On the Personal Side:

Greg is a true “Floridian” growing up in South Florida, and proudly remains an active member in the community today. He has served on numerous boards of local organizations, including current service as a Board Member of Freedom Fighter Outdoors and is an Advisory Board Member of the Youth Automotive Training Center, a local vocational program for at-risk youths.

Outside of the office, you’re almost certain to find Greg spending time soaking up the South Florida sun doing countless outdoor activities. Whether he’s on the water boating, fishing or free-diving, golfing or paddle boarding through the canals, Greg loves to stay active. But when it’s time to relax and recharge, you may just find him enjoying a delicious meal at the “Nauti Dawg Marina Cafe”, his wife Debbie’s restaurant.

Maribeth’s Primary role is to connect and educate financial professionals in the South Florida area on the benefits of utilizing NCF’s Donor-Advised Funds as a part of the charitable planning they perform for their clients.

Prior to joining NCFSF, Maribeth worked as an investment consultant for Independent Portfolio Consultants, Inc. of Boca Raton before Co-founding her Private Wealth Management firm, IronBridge Wealth Counsel.

Maribeth has been married to her husband, Jason, for 20 years and they have a lovely daughter, Taylor. As a family they have been involved with 4KlDS and Heart2Heart Senior Outreach. They love traveling and all sporting events – especially enjoying their daughter’s passion for volleyball.
