Scott Auker is an accomplished real estate professional having been involved with the development, construction, or management of over 5,000 multi-family units and 1,000,000 s.f. of commercial projects across the Midwest and Eastern United States. His primary experience has been leading the development efforts of rental multi-family projects, including land acquisition, entitlements, project design, debt and equity financing, construction management, leasing and property management, and stabilized project investment sales.Mr. Auker holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.), with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Development, from The American University and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (B.A.E.), with a specialization in Construction Management, from the Pennsylvania State University. He resides in Fort Lauderdale where he is active in local church and charitable organizations.
