Don Vichitvongsa

Don is married to his wife, Jennifer, and together they have a daughter and a son. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA. His career began in heavy industry with Dow Chemical and transitioned into light manufacturing, where he has spent more than two decades in window and door manufacturing (fenestration). As the leader of a Kingdom-minded entrepreneurial venture, he is committed to honoring God, team members, clients, and the community—in that order. Widely regarded as a Servant Leader with a strong belief in being highly active in his journey of generosity, he thrives on empowering others, fostering collaboration, and inspiring innovation. Recognized as a galvanizing innovator in business, he combines vision and execution to create lasting impact for the people and organizations he serves. He also serves on the Board of City Commit of Sarasota.
