Kaelyn joined the NCF Twin Cities team in 2026 as Director of Executive Support, bringing experience in communications, leadership development, and organizational operations. Prior to NCF, she served in church leadership, overseeing communications, volunteer engagement, and ministry initiatives. Kaelyn is passionate about creating clarity, supporting leaders, and helping teams work effectively to advance meaningful impact. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and their three children.
