Steve Hayes had a goal: to become the head of Human Resources for a Fortune 100 company. And he pursued that dream hard, taking his family with him.

So he started his own company to allow him to make his family a higher priority. And for nine years, the company grew. And so did the mission work the company was doing.
But, after hearing some honest feedback from his team, Steve realized he was doing the same thing with his company mission as he had done in his company–ladder–climbing days.
